You may browse and share romarpress.com for personal, non-commercial purposes. Please don’t misuse it — for example, by attempting to access areas you aren’t authorised for, submitting false information, or interfering with how it works.

Text, design, images and book content on the site belong to ROMAR Press or to our authors and are protected by copyright. Authors retain the copyright in their own work.

Portal accounts are by invitation for ROMAR Press authors. Keep your sign-in details private and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for activity under your account.

• Prices are in US dollars and shown at checkout, together with any shipping. Payment is taken securely by Stripe.
• E-books are licensed for your personal reading. You may not copy, share or resell them. Your download link is available for 30 days after purchase.
• Merchandise is printed to order and shipped by our fulfilment partner to US addresses only. Delivery times are estimates.
• Refunds and replacements are covered in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Marketing, design and promotion services are available to ROMAR Press authors through the Author Portal, and are delivered with our partner, Tomorrow's Tech AI Solutions LLC.

• What’s included is described on each service’s page in the portal at the time you order.
• Monthly services renew automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from Billing in the portal; the service stops at the end of the month you have paid for.
• Your materials: you confirm that you have the right to any text, photos or artwork you give us to use, and that facts you give us about yourself are accurate.
• Approvals: where a service includes your approval (for example, posts or newsletters), we publish only what you have approved, or what your package allows us to publish on your behalf.
• Advertising: ad spend is paid by you directly to the advertising platform and is separate from our fee.
• Email lists contain only readers who signed up and confirmed, or contacts you confirm agreed to hear from you. We never buy or rent lists.
• Reviews are always honest: we never pay for reviews or ask for positive ones.

No guaranteed results. We describe and deliver the work. We do not promise sales, rankings, reviews, followers, media coverage or bookings, because those depend on readers and on others we don’t control.

Publishing services and audiobook production are agreed individually. Prices shown on the site are starting prices; your signed Service Schedule or agreement sets the project fee, deposit, balance and other terms, and takes precedence over these general terms where they differ.

Event registration is free unless stated otherwise. Signed copies you reserve are held for you to collect and pay for at the event. Events may change or be cancelled; we will email registered guests if they do.

The site is provided “as is”. We work to keep it accurate and available but can’t promise it will always be error-free or uninterrupted.

To the extent the law allows, ROMAR Press is not liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost profits or sales), and our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase or service is limited to the amount you paid us for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have that cannot be limited by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Erath County, Texas — though we would always rather talk it through with you first.

We may update these terms from time to time and will change the date at the top of this page when we do. The terms in place when you placed an order apply to that order.
