Refund & Cancellation Policy

Because e-books are delivered instantly, we don’t offer refunds once a file has been downloaded. If your file is faulty — it won’t open, or content is missing or repeated — tell us and we will send a corrected file or refund you in full.

Items are printed to order, so we can’t accept returns for change of mind. If an item arrives damaged, misprinted or wrong, email us within 30 days of delivery with a photo and we will replace it or refund you in full — you won’t need to send it back.

This covers services such as the Signature Book Showcase, Book Launch Campaigns, Graphics and Brand Kits, Book Trailers, Reader Review Campaigns, Outreach, Ad Setup, Launch Boosts, Reader List Setup and Launch Emails.

• Before work starts: cancel and receive a full refund.
• After work has started: we refund the part of the fee for work not yet done, based on the stage the project has reached. We’ll tell you the amount before anything is processed.
• After delivery: no refund. Every service includes the round of changes described on its page.

For services paid in two instalments, cancelling before the second payment stops the plan; any refund is worked out the same way.

Social Media Management, Monthly Newsletters, Monthly Ad Management and the Showcase Care Plan can be cancelled at any time from Billing in your Author Portal. The service continues until the end of the month you have paid for, and you won’t be charged again. We don’t refund part-months. One-time setup fees follow the one-time rules above.

Money you spend on ads is paid by you directly to the advertising platform (such as Meta) and is governed by its terms. ROMAR Press does not hold or refund ad spend; you can pause or change your budget at any time.

Refunds and cancellations for publishing paths and audiobook production follow your signed Service Schedule or agreement, including its deposit terms.

Events are free to attend unless stated otherwise, and you can cancel a registration from the link in your confirmation email. Signed copies are paid for at the event, so there’s nothing to refund online.

Approved refunds go back to the card you paid with. They usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank. See also our Terms of Use & Sale.
